I work in AI designing conversational experiences that remember the human on the other end. More precisely, I build the systems, logic, and language that make AI feel like it was actually designed for people.

That means dialogue flows, design systems, voice frameworks, and the underlying architecture that keeps 15+ products consistent at scale.

Currently at Verizon, where I own Conversational Design across AI products including virtual assistants, IVR, generative search, and multimodal experiences.
